These offers are valid until Sept 06, 2024, only when you book and pay for services directly through the Kloud9 platform. Use of the cleaning promotion requires you to sign up for a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleaning plan that will be charged on a recurring basis. Cancelling your plan before the minimum term is complete will result in a $99 fee. After minimum term ends, plan will continue until you cancel. Cleaning offer is valid for first-time customers. Not valid on days where peak pricing is in effect. Promotions are only valid for the first 3 hours of services booked; any additional services and time are extra. You may reschedule or cancel any appointment 24 hours in advance for FREE. However, there is a $15 fee 2–24 hours before job starts; inside of 2 hours the full booking amount is charged.
